At Sunrise Therapy Services, we work with postpartum moms, moms of littles, and adults who grew up with emotionally immature parents. If you feel like you're constantly snapping, shutting down, or stuck in a cycle of guilt and exhaustion — we get it. Whether you're in Cape Girardeau or anywhere in Missouri, we're here to help you find clarity, confidence, patience and perspective. Through working with hundreds of women over the years, these are the most effective characteristics used to create lasting behavior change.
Erin doesn’t do surface-level talk therapy. She considers herself to be “nosey” and loves to ask questions to make sure she is getting right to the real issue at hand. She digs into the root of the problem and helps rewire your brain using EMDR and IFS (aka parts work) so you can finally break those old patterns.
She also offers clinical supervision for social workers in Missouri. Click Here to learn more.
Women who are drowning in mom rage, overwhelm, postpartum depression, and family conflict have been coming to Erin Randol since 2022 to get life-changing help and real relief.

Hey there! I’m Erin Randol.
I live on a farm in Southeast Missouri with my super-cool husband, three super-fun kids, and an alarming number of cows.
My speaking style has been described by my clients as “warm, grounded, and real”. I often present as calm but candid, insightful without being preachy. I blend validation with clarity, and I speak directly to moms in a way that feels both therapeutic and empowering.
I’m a big fan of the idea of being a life-long learner. I like a good audio book, podcasts, and interactive training that allow me to geek out harder and harder each day on this therapy stuff. I literally love it all. I am confident that life led me to my perfect career path.
As much as I love a good life plan, I didn’t wake up one day and think, “I’m going to be a therapist.” After college in 2010, I randomly ended up getting a masters in social work and later became clinically licensed. And now I am out here living my best life as a therapist.
When I’m not working or volunteering, I’m hangin’ with my besties (ages 9, 7, and 3). I love giving them new experiences and skills like how to pull the weeds out of the garden and not the whole zucchini plant, or how to cut food without losing a finger, and why a shower before bed IS actually necessary more than twice a week.
If you need help navigating life’s messes, I’ve got the experience, the confidence, and just enough sarcasm to get you through it.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
My Background
I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2010, then earned my Master’s in Social Work from St. Louis University in 2013. After that, I spent several years in social work case management, working with individuals with developmental disabilities from 2013 to 2020.
In 2016, I passed my clinical licensure exam, and when the pandemic hit, I transitioned to providing contracted telehealth services from home. In June 2022, I opened my private practice and have been working full-time with clients ever since.
My training includes 50+ hours of virtual EMDR training in 2021, with ongoing advanced training since then. Starting in 2022, I began extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which has become my primary modality that I love learning about through ongoing trainings.

Many moms secretly struggle with ragey outbursts, constant irritability, and guilt that leaves them feeling like they’re failing their kids. The problem isn’t that they don’t love their family — it’s that burnout, overstimulation, and reactive parenting take over before they can catch themselves.
The Snappy Mom Survival Guide gives moms the exact calm parenting tools, emotional regulation hacks, and therapist tips they need to stop the yelling cycle, manage stress in the moment, and show up as the safe, loving, calm mom they want to be.
