Individual sessions are $150 for a 45- minute session with Erin and $125/ session with our independently contracted therapists. Clinical Supervision services for LMSW’s in Missouri are $100 per 1-hour of supervision.

We do not accept insurance at this time. All billing services are complete through Stripe in your client portal with Sunrise Therapy Services, LLC. Once your card information is on file, there is no need to enter card information for future sessions unless you change your payment type. You are welcome to use HSA or FSA cards for payment.

Our availability for session times is dependent upon which therapist you are working with. Some evening hours are availability with our independently contracted therapists.

One of our independent clinicians, Haley Wills, specializes in teens and young adults.

Part of our job is meeting the client where they are, including being mindful of limitations due to scheduling and finances. It is important for us to operate ethically. Scheduling and frequency of our sessions can be discussed during our first meeting.

We only offer telehealth services. We operate on CST (Central Time Zone).

The services offered are not formatted for crisis or emergency/urgent mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest department.

Communication between sessions is limited to cancellation, scheduling, and rescheduling. Urgent sessions can be requested through your client portal or through email at erinmrandol@yahoo.com. A request for an urgent therapy session will be honored depending on the therapist availability.

Our therapists are licensed to work with clients in the states of Missouri, Florida, Vermont, and South Carolina. Clients are required to be in the state at the time of the session.
