Erin doesn’t do surface-level talk therapy. She considers herself to be “nosey” and loves to ask questions to make sure she is getting right to the real issue at hand. She digs into the root of the problem and helps rewire your brain using EMDR and IFS so you can finally break those old patterns.

Your motherhood journey is isolating, confusing, and anxiety provoking. Haley is specialized in teaching you coping skills to manage the anxiety. She knows how to find coping skills that offer you immediate effectiveness and can be implemented as soon as she teaches them to you.
Haley has nearly a decade of experience helping neurodivergent clients. More recently, she brings her lived experiences around motherhood into the therapy room to support new moms and moms navigating loss.
She brings warmth and clinical skill to therapy, using evidence-based approaches like including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Virtual Sand Tray interventions, and foundational concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS).
